Definition
The practice of declaring an organization as one entity with one identity across every surface where it appears (its site, its profiles, the registries and graphs that describe it), so that every mention resolves to the same thing.
How we use the term
The first of the three build tracks, the stage a buyer sees as Found: pointing a business at the authoritative identifiers, Wikidata, the Google Knowledge Graph, a Legal Entity Identifier. Written lowercase; a practice, not a product.
