01 — The cost of not being confirmed
When an AI system can’t confirm who you are, verify what you claim, or connect your capabilities to what a buyer needs, it doesn’t flag an error or send you feedback. It moves on to a business it can confirm. You’re never told you lost the shortlist. You never knew you were on it.
A procurement team may be looking for a manufacturer with a particular process, material, certification, location, capacity, and track record. If the system can’t verify you against those specifics, it recommends the competitor who can, and the door closes without a sound.
Your business must be clear enough to identify, connected enough to evaluate, and supported enough to trust.
02 — The competitive evaluation
When an AI system compares possible providers, it evaluates whether each business can be found, understood, verified, and trusted. The businesses that satisfy more of these checks are easier to retrieve, easier to compare, and easier to recommend. A business that is clear, connected, supported, and current is simply easier to choose.
Checks one through four
Checks five through seven
We do not just measure these checks. We build for them.
03 — The gap most businesses miss
Human readers carry context from page to page. Machines need the important relationships to be explicit:
The system then publishes those connected facts consistently across the website, structured data, Google Business Profile, Bing and Apple profiles, social profiles, feeds, and other surfaces where AI systems look.
04 — Certainty, on the record
The seven checks aren’t solved by adding more copy to one website page. They need one verified master record of who you are, what you do, and what you have proven, kept true and published everywhere AI looks.
Every fact in it is one a machine can check, linked to the source that verifies it. It’s published to your website, your Google, Apple, and Bing profiles, the knowledge graphs AI reads, and answered directly when an AI agent asks. Explore the Authority Record ›
The Record’s proof component. It gathers approved customer stories, finished projects, credentials, and reviews, and writes them in as evidence, so there is always more to publish and cite. Explore the Proof Engine ›
You own the record. We run the system.
The result: while competitors update a page once and hope, your business is checked, corroborated, and recommended around the clock, without anyone on your team lifting a finger.
