certainty, on the record

The Authority Record™

The complete, structured account of your business, written in the form machines read, with every fact linked to the source that confirms it.

Your public system of record. It sits at the centre of the entity authority system that keeps AI certain about your business: one verified master record of who you are, what you do and what you have proven, kept true and published everywhere AI looks, so that when a buyer asks ChatGPT, Gemini or Google who to call, the answer is you.

You own the record. We run the system.

01 — How it is built, for you

Certainty. On the Record.

Before an AI agent recommends a business, it has to find it, understand what it does, and verify its identity, claims and the proof behind those claims. Clear, connected data is what lets AI search agents do all three.
‍
Your free AI Readiness Report shows which ones you already pass.

One Record, larger at every stage

1

Found

Legible · Resolvable

Your Google profile, a page for every location, and one identity everywhere you appear, so that every mention of you resolves to one business. Most businesses start here.

Verified · identity and facts

Who you are, where you are, what you offer and to whom, each checked at the source.

2

Understood

Comprehensible

Your services, people, places and partners, and how they all inter-connect, so an AI can answer a complex question about you that no page was ever written to answer.

Verified · credentials

Certifications, awards and memberships, each tied to the body that issued it, with its renewal on record.

3

Proven

Proven · The Proof Engine

Customer stories, outcomes and credentials, gathered with permission and written in as evidence an AI can cite, each tied to the service and the person it proves.

Verified · claims and results

Outcomes, impacts, stories and reviews, each verified with the customer or against the document.

VerifiedVerifiable · Corroborated

A practice that runs through every stage and deepens with it. Every fact enters the Record with the source that verifies it, and is published in the same words with the same identifiers everywhere a machine checks, so that independent sources agree.

Governed, PublishingCurrent

The Record, compiled to code, shared as structured story posts, and running continuously so your story is always current. The Record moves as your business moves: a credential renews, a project finishes, a person joins, and every surface follows.

If you know this work as entity SEO, that is the first two checks. Entity authority is all seven.

Become the unmistakable authority in your category.

03 — Where it goes

Published everywhere machines look.

A record that sits on a server is an archive. Yours is published continuously: into every page of your website, to your Google Business Profile and on to Bing and Apple, into the knowledge graphs Google and Bing consult, through your own feed and your social profiles, and straight to any AI agent that asks. The same facts, the same names, the same identifiers, on every surface a machine checks.

The Authority Record™

  • one set of facts
  • one shared vocabulary
  • one set of identifiers

written once, kept true

  • Your website

Structured data on every page: services, locations, people, credentials and stories, always in step with the Record.

  • Google Business Profile, Bing and Apple

Services, answers and posts, every one a fact the Record can prove, posted to Google and carried on to Bing Places and Apple Business Connect.

  • The knowledge graphs

Google's, Bing's and Wikidata's, so that every mention of you, anywhere, resolves to one business and not four near-matches.

  • Your feed and your social profiles

A story and activity feed on your own domain, in the form every engine reads. LinkedIn and Facebook carry the same facts in the same words.

  • Any AI agent that asks

A live address on your own domain that any agent can find and ask directly. Every answer names its source.

the same fact, the same name, the same identifier, wherever it looks

One Record, five kinds of surface, every system that reads them. Each step is something we run: compiling, posting and federating, reconciling, publishing, answering.

Coherence

one business, said the same way on every surface

Corroboration

the same fact, agreeing across the sources it trusts

Two parts do the publishing.

01

The Authority Record™

Gets you found and understood

The Record itself, and the machinery that publishes it: the structured data on every page, the services and identifiers on every profile, your entry in the knowledge graphs, and the address that answers agents with sources attached. Change a fact once and it changes everywhere, because there is no second place it could have been typed differently.

02

The Proof Engine™

Gets you proven and cited

Gathers the evidence, with permission: customer stories, finished projects, renewed credentials and reviews. Writes each one into the Record as a fact tied to the service and the person it proves, then publishes it: a page on your site, a post on your Google profile, your social profiles and your feed, on a cadence that does not stop. Nothing publishes until you and the customer have both approved it. See the Proof Engine ›

Machines ask. Your Record answers.

The record in motion: four things that happen without a meeting.

A certification renews

The credential, its renewal date and the link to the issuer update in the Record. Your site, your profiles and your feed carry the change the same day.

A project completes

The outcome is invited, the customer approves it, and it is written in as proof tied to the service and the person who delivered it. Then it is published.

An agent asks

The live address on your domain answers, with the source attached to every fact it gives.

A fact is wrong somewhere

Corrected once at the source, and every surface follows.

↻

And back in. Every story published, every review answered and every credential renewed is written back into the Record and tied to the claims it strengthens, so what a machine can be certain of about you is greater every quarter than it was the last.

04 — Whose it is

Full data sovereignty.

You own the record

The verified facts are yours outright, in an open, standards-based format, not a platform only we can open. If we ever part, your Record is yours to keep.

We run the system

Adding new facts, publishing them to your website and your profiles, and governing the whole so it stays true. That is what ends if the engagement ends.

Kept running, the Record compounds.

Every month adds facts, and every fact adds to what a machine can be sure of about you. A Record that stops being maintained does not disappear, but currency is one of the checks a machine applies, so a Record left alone is, slowly, believed a little less.

Questions

What people ask before they start.

Do we have to do all of it at once?
No. The AI Readiness Report shows which of the seven checks you already pass, and the build starts at the first one you do not. Most businesses begin with identity, the Google Business Profile and a page for every location, because it is the smallest stage and every other stage depends on it. Each stage adds to the same Record, so nothing done at one stage is redone at the next.
How is this different from the schema markup our web developer already added?
Schema markup labels a page: this page is about a service, that page has an address. The Record models the business: the people, services, places, credentials and work as distinct entities, the relationships between them, and the source behind each fact, published to every page and profile from one governed source. Markup is one of the Record's outputs, not a substitute for it.
Could we build this in-house?
The formats are open and you own the result, so nothing stops you. What we bring is the discipline: information science, a shared vocabulary of relationships, verification against the sources machines trust, and the run. Most teams that try it in-house produce a first version and cannot keep it true as the business changes, and keeping it true is the job.
We rank well already. Do we still need this?
Ranking gets you considered. Before an assistant names anyone, it checks whether the facts agree across sources and whether there is proof behind the claims, and the recommendation is decided there. A business that ranks and cannot be verified is considered and then passed over, often without knowing it was in the running. How AI decides, in full ›
What happens to our data if we stop?
You keep it: the Record as it stood on that day, in open, exportable files on standards any competent team can read. What ends is the run: the compiling, the publishing and the governance.
How much of our team's time does it take?
Less than a content calendar. We model the Record, write the posts, send the story invitations, structure what comes back and answer the reviews. Your side approves. Nothing publishes without that approval, and nothing waits on your calendar.
How soon does anything happen?
The AI Readiness Report comes first, usually within minutes of asking for it, and shows where you stand. The first surfaces the Record publishes to are the ones machines read most, your website and your Google Business Profile, and measurement starts the day they go live, so that every claim about progress carries its window and its source.

The short version

One verified record, owned by you and run by us.

Machines ask it. Every surface you operate publishes from it. Proof compounds it. Built in stages, from what you already have.
