Definition
An account of a customer's experience with a business, told in the customer's words or with the customer's permission: the problem they had, what the business did and what changed.
How we use the term
The Proof Engine gathers customer stories with each customer's permission and writes them into The Authority Record™ against the exact service, person and location they prove. Before the Record, the firm spent a decade telling stories for enterprise clients as Huckleberry Films.
