01 — The client
Prescientx serves healthcare organizations managing infection-prevention risk, facility requirements, product selection, compliance, and implementation. Its offer spans engineered infection prevention solutions, medical-device distribution, professional services, technical guidance, and a growing product catalogue.prescientx+1That range creates a challenge. Healthcare buyers need more than a catalogue. They need to understand the facility problem, the relevant standards, the available technologies, the implementation requirements, and the expertise behind the supplier they are evaluating.Huckleberry Way built the connected knowledge and commercial system that makes those relationships clear across search, Google, Shopify, AI-assisted conversations, and sales follow-up.

02 — The challenge
Healthcare manufacturing & distribution · Canada · procurement-led buying
Prescientx operates in a high-consideration buying environment. A buyer may begin with a question about airborne infection risk, a planned renovation, a compliance requirement, a clinical setting, or a specific technology or product they're researching. The company's offerings must be understandable across connected dimensions: product capabilities, healthcare applications, standards context, professional qualification, implementation, and ongoing support.
The public site reflects the breadth of that work, including air disinfection, automated room disinfection, hand-hygiene infrastructure, antimicrobial surfaces, healthcare-facility planning, commissioning, training, and lifecycle support.
In the site's back-end, a structured data layer serves up Prescientx's Canadian business number, their certifications, people, credentials, and unified product catalogue in a deep relational graph format that AI agents understand.
"Everything was moving at once: the market, our customers, the business itself. Huckleberry modelled who we are, who we're built to serve, our credentials, innovation and experience, and then structured that into one record everything else draws from.
That record does a lot of jobs at once. It publishes. It grows. It answers customer questions in chat, all day, from a single source of truth, even when facts change. And it's also a machine-readable platform an AI agent checks when it's matching our certifications against what customers actually need. Procurement used to call to find out if we could do what they needed. Now they call already knowing the answer. We're not selling at that point. We're just closing." ~Keith Hunt, President

03 — A connected knowledge layer
The work opened with modelling the questions Prescientx needed to be the answer to.
Once modelled, we executed a full Google Business Profile rebuild, aligned to a remodelled website, the product information, the structured Markdown and the semantic graph, so Google and AI agents had one coherent account of the business. The graph organizes six sets of relationships a buyer has to be able to evaluate.
01
Prescientx's legal and operating identity, market role, and the external references that let a search system confirm the company is who it says it is.
02
Products, solution categories, specifications, related technologies, and the relationships between them and the Shopify catalogue, so a product is not an isolated page but a node with context.
03
Healthcare settings, procurement needs, buyer roles, applications and implementation considerations. A facility manager and an IPAC lead arrive with different questions; the graph is built to serve both.
04
CSA standards context, technical guidance, case evidence and educational resources; the material a high-consideration buyer works through before a vendor is even shortlisted.
05
AI webchat and phone-system answers grounded in a governed product and business knowledge layer, so the automated surfaces say the same thing the site does.
06
The route from search and educational content through lead capture, qualification and sales follow-up, modelled as part of the graph rather than bolted on after it.
04 — Built for the buying process
The Shopify site gives healthcare teams a path through a complex offer. Around it, educational material does the discovery work, so a buyer meets the standards question before they meet the product.
The storefront is the join. A buyer arriving from a standards question, a facility problem or an AI answer lands somewhere that can tell them what the product is, which setting it suits, what the standard requires, and what to do next.

The discovery layer, published as education
Most of the buying decision happens before anyone fills in a form. These run on the Google Business Profile, website feed and socials against the questions healthcare teams actually search: the cost of a hospital-acquired infection, what the latest CSA standards require, how to de-risk a build, so the standards question is met before the product is.

Prescientx What does it cost to reduce hospital-acquired infections?
Preventing just one serious HAI can often pay for the installation of GUV systems across an entire ward. Our Upper-Air GUV systems continuously disinfect the air, helping prevent the spread of pathogens that lead to costly infections.

The CSA 2024 standards briefing, and whitepaper
Based on the knowledge graph and companion knowledge base, we built introductory and in-depth resources on Canada's CSA healthcare facility standards, written for architects, contractors and facility leaders. It is the piece that earns the conversation: read it and you understand the mandate, the technical requirement, and what a compliant system has to do.

Phase two · ARD beacon · MCP-connected graph
The next phase introduces an Agentic Reseource Discovery beacon and an MCP (Model Context Protocol) connected graph for AI procurement agents.
That makes Prescientx's authorized product, application, evidence and service knowledge available through a structured interface, so an agent doing supplier research on a buyer's behalf can query the same governed facts a person would read, and get an answer the company stands behind.
