01 — Why this only works together
Growing your Authority Record with ongoing "proofs," or customer evidence, does more than resolve who you are. It serves to prove the results or impacts of what you do. Every claim becomes a customer-verified, structured proof that a machine can evaluate, confirm and reason over, giving it confidence that you are the business it should recommend.
02 — How proof actually gets built
We automate the request for customer-verified stories and reviews, and structure the results as data. Each structured page and post gets published, and linked to the exact service, sector, person and location it proves.
Ask · once
A structured story request system
Your customers receive a personalized email request to particpate in a story or survey. Individually customizable and with an integrated review request.
GateBoth sides approve their own account.

The Proof Engine™
Written into the Record as a governed fact
The permissioned customer story, decomposed into entities the Authority Record already understands:
@id · provider · about · author
each link resolves to an entity in the Authority Record
Publish · three ways, forever
01The storyArticle · CreativeWork
A schema-marked page on your own domain, in your feed. The long form a machine can follow link by link.
02The reviewReview · from the same intake
The customer's own account, offered back to them as review copy for the platform they prefer. Specific, because it came from the story, not a star and a sentence.
03The postsSocialMediaPosting · on cadence
The facts inside the story, one at a time, each stated as a claim about the exact entity it is true of. Built to amplify and corroborate with consistency across profiles.
A machine checking you finds the story on your domain, the review on Google, and the post in your feed all agreeing, because they are one fact, published three ways.
Because review copy is drawn from the story, it names the service, the branch and the outcome. That specificity is what a machine can attribute.
A story, a review or a post is a evidence backed up by a third-party. The Authority Record then links this evidence to your services, locations, service sectors.
01 · Facts
Facts posted on a schedule, built to be checked, not scrolled past.
Each post states a claim tied to the exact service, location, or credential it is true of, resolved back to that entity with controlled vocabulary. Federated to your Google profile, your social channels, and your own site, providing semantic coherence (a strong signal) and corroboration (the same story everywhere).
02 · Stories
The proof only your customers can give, linked back to what it proves.
One module handles customer stories, project spotlights, and case studies, and every one of them extends the entity structure itself: who did the work, which product it involved, which customer confirmed it, becomes part of the graph, not just a page describing it.
03 · Reviews
The lowest bar: worth clearing well, not worth overselling.
The same story intake also generates a second stream of reviews, offering the key story points back to the customer as review copy for the platform they prefer. Our integrated review system delivers velocity, specificity, and reply speed, plus the second stream arriving through the stories module above, creating a steady stream of positive signals.
None of these work alone. A post, a review, or a story is a claim about someone, and the Authority Record is what makes that someone resolvable, so the claim has an identity to attach to. That is why Smart Reviews and the Proof Engine are not sold separately from the Record.
Every story traces to the person who experienced and confirms it. The questions themselves come from fifteen years of enterprise case-study work — Toyota, Microsoft, BlackBerry and Manulife among others — asked the same disciplined way every time, at a volume no writing team could carry.
03 — Why we build it this way
A website describes the business for a person to read once and move on. It does not give a machine structured and linked relationships between concepts, services, proofs. We start from the business itself: every product, person, location, and outcome stated as its own entity, before a single page gets written.
Every proof point gets tied to the entity it is true of. A story, a review, a credential; each one only strengthens the Record because it is already wired to the exact thing it proves, not floating loose beside it.
A machine reasons in logical chains, not natural language prose. It does not take one claim on faith. It follows a path: this person, at this location, delivering this service, confirmed by this customer, matching this credential. Every link has to hold, or the chain breaks before it reaches you.
04 — What this actually gets you
The vetting your sales team used to do on a discovery call has already happened before the phone rings. Conversations start further along, because the buyer already checked you and found something real.
AI assembles comparisons for your buyers constantly. You appear in them because your claims hold up under a check, whether or not anyone ever typed your name into a search bar.
When your facts already agree everywhere, a compliance review finds nothing to flag. Where buying agents interrogate structured sources directly, your record stands up to it.
Your team approves. That is the job. We run the interviews, the structuring, and the publishing, every month, without a single piece landing on your to-do list.
05 — The process
Ask. Your team launches a structured story request to a named customer, adding context, adjusting the questions as best suits the work.
Approve. Your team receives their submitted account, and approves for publishing.
Structure. Person, services, sector, story results (proofs) are written into the Record as governed fact, connected to everything it proves.
Publish. Carried to your site, federated to your profiles, syndicated through your feed, on a cadence.
06 — Proof at work
Before a single line of structured data or one location page existed, this is what the reviews intake and the structured posts alone did for a nine-location Ontario credit union. Every number has a window and a source, recomputable from the client's own Google data.
A query that had not existed for them, “ethical investing canada,” reached position nine in April the same month the posts on that theme began.
07 — Questions
No. Those tools stop at collecting a quote or a star rating. This structures every piece of evidence into your Record, tied to the exact service and location it proves, then publishes it everywhere machines read. Nothing else runs the full ask, structure, and publish loop as one system.
No. Neither is sold separately from the Authority Record. A post, review, or story are claims about specific entities (person, organization, sector, product/service, outcomes), and the Record is what links those entities into logic chains, and makes them machine verifiable and resolvable. Without it, the claims are free prose floating on a webpage.
Not at all. We can take what you have, decompose it into structured evidence, and connect it into your Record. Most customer stories just need restructuring and linking to actual people, organizations, and certified results, not rewriting.
Project spotlights can run from your side alone, stories can be anonymized to the industry and outcomes. This is still valuable, but less authoritative than named customers and results. Reviews keep arriving on cadence regardless.
Your team requests and approves stories for publication, so you choose the capture and review volume. We run the system, ensure correct linking and structuring, and we run the compiling and publishing.
