Yes, almost 90% of us have Google accounts, and at any given time, most of us are logged in to our Google accounts. Google only accepts reviews from verified users who are logged in. Any customers who are not logged in will need to do so to leave you a review.
You can purchase additional cards and signs either at the point of purchase of your subscription service, or from a private store-link we make available to existing customers. Each card has a unique identifier that helps us link the cards with a customer account and target destinations. Each card will be pre-programmed for you, either in-person, or remotely and sent by mail.
The signs/cards are extremely robust, and with care to protect their legibility, they have been known to last up to 10,000 uses.
You may cancel any time. Please note that these signs/cards are not designed to work outside of our subscription service, and if you cancel the service, our AI review responses, 5-star banner displays, and custom landing pages will also cease to work.
That practice is called "review-gating," and Google can shut down your business listing if they deem you to be in violation of their terms of service. We do offer a path for unhappy customers to choose to leave you private (negative) feedback, which does not violate terms of service, and can help you improve your overall customer satisfaction and ranking.

During our onboarding and welcome call, you will choose whether you want the system to automatically respond to all reviews, (ie., 1 star and up) or a sub-set of reviews, such as 4 star and 5 star reviews. Our AI system is trained to understand the contextual meaning of each review, and to formulate a professional response to each review that reflects the context of the conversation.
